Returns & Exchanges
At Cure Venta, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of pet food products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used pet food products.
- Perishable goods, including treats with short shelf life.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at info@cureventa.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- If eligible, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at info@cureventa.com.
