Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

At Cure Venta, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of pet food products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used pet food products.
  • Perishable goods, including treats with short shelf life.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at info@cureventa.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. If eligible, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at info@cureventa.com.
